A Meal & More is a soup kitchen that provides nutritious meals and caring friendship to needy people in a safe environment. They operate every Wednesday and Sunday at Christ Church, downtown Rochester.

Eastern Service Workers Association (ESWA)
ESWA is a self-help, all-volunteer membership association made up of Monroe County's working and unemployed poor. It was founded in Rochester in 1976 by low-income service workers and their families, who banded together with concerned community residents to address survival needs and build permanent solutions to their poverty conditions. The association's 11-point benefit program of emergency and supplemental food, clothing, legal advice and information, preventive medical care and non emergency dental care, job referral, and other assistance is available to members free of charge.

Heritage Christian Home, on the property of Incarnation, provides a home for developmentally disabled adults. The physical and medical needs of the individuals range from moderate to comprehensive levels of assistance. The home has 24-hour staffing with a committed team of resident counselors, direct support professionals, home managers, health support professionals and clinicians.

Incarnation is one of eight Penfield churches that participates as a House Sponsor within the Flower City Habitat for Humanity. Flower City Habitat for Humanity is a non-denominational Christian housing ministry welcoming people of all faiths or no faith to help eliminate substandard and poverty housing in Rochester, NY.

Penfield Ecumenical Food Shelf (www.foodlinkny.org)
One of the many food panties that serve within Foodlink, a member of America's Second Harvest.Foodlink has grown to serve a 10 county area in the Genesee Valley and Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Foodlink obtains and redistributes over 6 million pounds of food annually to a network of over 550 programs.

Shepherd Home, on the property of Incarnation, is a two bedroom home that operates under the "Hospice Care" philosophy, providing 24 hours service and care in a home-like setting. The home offers physical, emotional and spiritual support to those facing the prospect of death. This also includes personalized support for family members, bereavement counseling, and community education.

Home & Heart is a social adult day service helping to meet individual needs and personal goals by providing support services and social activities in a relaxed, home-like setting. Home & Heart is ideal for older adults and persons with disabilities living in the Greater Rochester area who may have diminished physical or psychological capacity, chronic illness, memory problems, be socially isolated or need help with personal care.
